... so we can keep our prices low and give our guests the opportunity to stroll into the city centre each morning and leisurely soak up Bath's vibrant breakfast cafe culture. A great way to start the day!

POINTS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

* 2 night minimum stay at weekends / 3 night minimum Bank Holidays. Weekends must include Friday and Saturday night.

* Check-in is by arrangement only and no later than 8pm - unless arranged in advance. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 2pm, but you can check-in earlier to park your car, drop off luggage and collects your keys and any tourist information you may require.

* Lynwood offers 'room only' accommodation - enjoy breakfast at your leisure, soaking up Bath's cafe culture!
